This quote from ‘The Quotable Stoner’ is slowly getting closer to becoming a reality – in light of new legislation spearheaded by Barney Frank (D-Massachusetts) and Ron Paul (R-Texas), the federal prohibition on marijuana could be coming to an end, leaving the laws and policies surrounding marijuana up to individual states. The Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act could mean that some states can decide that producing, distributing and possessing marijuana is perfectly legal!
