No doubt, this craze is sweeping the nation but Los Angeles seems to be the area of origin and the hotbed of activity for so-called food truckers. If you want to witness the turf war, you can follow the action on twitter — @findfoodtruck is billed as “The easiest way to find LA food trucks in one place.”
Not in L.A.? You can live vicariously through these late-night noshers by watching the YouTube series “Food Trucking”

Enough about L.A. It’s time to launch a mobile food truck in your very own neck of the woods. Just because it’s sweeping big cities doesn’t mean you can’t park in your area and do well. The way I see it, people need to eat no matter where they are!
